Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the "customer") and Plinth & Co Ltd("MroSight", "we"), a company registered in England and Wales. By signing in to MroSight, you accept these terms.

1. The service

MroSight is a web tool that ingests supplier invoices and produces Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) spend reports. The service is currently free to use, with no obligation to upgrade.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for your business.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Sessions are bound to that mailbox.
• You are responsible for the data you upload and for ensuring you have the right to upload it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload material you do not own or have permission to process.
• Probe, scan, or stress-test the service without our consent.
• Resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement.
• Use the service to break the law in any jurisdiction.

4. Data & privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We retain a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but make no formal uptime guarantee while the product is in free preview. We may schedule maintenance with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months (£0 while the service is free). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, savings, or data, except where excluded by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you are breaching these terms or creating risk for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
